Our farm is now part of the Champagne houses classified HVE (High Environmental Value) and Sustainable Champagne Champagne, from the Grenelle environment. To obtain this sesame, four indicators have been taken into account in our field: biodiversity, fertilization, phytosanitary protection and water management. These new specifications require us to invest in several ways and above all, a change in our management of the vine. These efforts make it possible, inter alia: a complete traceability of the production of our grapes, the important reduction of the use of phytosanitary products, the continuation of the grassing, the implantation of hurdles and low walls in the vines.
